Water Damage – Oklahoma City Office Building
Water damage at this Oklahoma City office building was the result of a burst pipe within the walls. The leak ran down the wall and onto the carpeting. The commercial grade carpeting had no pad and was glued down. The carpeting was thoroughly soaked. SERVPRO was called in, and we quickly moved the furniture to prevent secondary water damage. We then removed the baseboard trim in order to dry the wet walls. We extracted the water from the soaked carpeting with wet vacuums and then set up commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying process. If water damage strikes your commercial or residential property, call SERVPRO of Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown.
