Michael Whittle


Son of Dennis and Jan Whittle, and co-owner, Michael helped open the franchise in 2002. After a brief stint as a licensed independent adjuster post-college, Michael returned to SERVPRO in 2009. He is a member of the Board of Directors and supervises the division managers. He continues to help in all areas of the company as needed.

Katie Barnoski

Office Manager

Katie is our office manager at SERVPRO of Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown. She manages the file review process, uploading our industry specific software, and auditing all jobs from start to finish. She supervises accounts receivable and has input with the ordering of office supplies. Katie helps Brandi with the Human Resources Department and will do whatever is necessary to keep the office staff happy along with ensuring a smooth operation.

Job File Coordinator

Brandi is the eldest daughter of Jan and Dennis Whittle, SERVPRO of Norman's previous owners. She is WRT Certified and has been with SERVPRO®  for 9.5 years. She is a member of the Board of Directors and manages aspects of human resources, and various other projects that emerge. Brandi enjoys the OU Sooners - Football, reading and spending time with her family.

Denene Berry

Restoration Technician

Denene has been with SERVPRO® since 2012 in fire restoration from Bethany, OK.  She has done it all in fire restoration.  Currently, her primary focus is maintenance.  She helps manage the clean room and is responsible for workplace organization at our facilities.  She keeps track of chemicals and supplies, and conducts regular safety and organization inspections on our vehicles.

Operations Manager

Brock is our Operations Manager for our branch. He is from the Chickasha area and is on the ground building relationships and spreading the SERVPRO® name.

Sara Ferguson

Job File Coordinator 

Sara has been with SERVPRO® of Norman for 2.5 years as a Job File Coordinator. She plays a critical role in managing documentation and administrative tasks related to restoration projects. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of job details, communicating with clients and insurance representatives, scheduling appointments, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and industry standards. She is an active sponsor for Special Olympics a member of Noble Chamber of Commerce and Noble PTA.

Marjeanne Bowers

Commercial Account Manager

Marjeanne is on our sales and marketing team. She has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry including manufacturing, remodeling, and real estate development. Currently, she is entering her second year in restoration with SERVPRO® of Norman & Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown.

Marjeanne has four dogs and 14 chickens. Her weekends are spent watching her son play baseball, gardening and exploring the outdoors. Her family also loves to travel!
