Blistering Paint - A Sure Sign Of Water

Clearly there was a problem inside the room of this conference hall closet. The wall was wet enough that the paint started t blister and run off the wall.

The cause of loss was a broken pipe inside the wall. In most cases we don't have to remove so much drywall from the room but the only time the closet was used is when they needed more chairs for the overflow of the meeting hall. There was a lot of mold growing behind the walls that were wet and it all had to come out in the end.
